I like a girl. She's older than me ( 3 years i think) and she works with me in the same company. I'm afraid to ask her out because i'm thinkin' she might say no. I think she likes me too but i'm not sure, so i decided to wait and see what happens. We tease each other i guess. So what's your opinion?

Don't rush. Make a slow pace, but only forward. Wait, wach, grab a chance to say something that is in the right time at the same place (at work). Wait for situation to "boil", and then it will be natural for both of you to "go out", so there will be no need for anyone of you to "break the wall". Do the tricks of the wild animals when hunting. Otherwise, will not have a solid ground for anything, and you'll feel insecure in every step.

Girls ALWAYS think its hot if a guy asks her out. No matter how "nerdy" or whatever. Because then they feel like they are wanted by EVERYONE. I think teasing each other at LEAST means she considers you a friend. Maybe you should just try askin her out to a movie she wants to see or somethig, and get her warmed up--THEN ask her out. Even if she says no, i doubt you will ever regret asking. Its life, take a chance!!

Go for it and ask her out whats the worst she can say? NO! If she says no then drop it immediately dont push or mope just let it go and chalk it up to.... you tried. If you work at a place that lets you leave for lunch try asking if shell go to lunch with you its not quite a date date but a good indication if shed say yes to a real date. Or ask her for coffee after work. Still not quite a date but it will tell you if shes interested in more then friendship.

Time to stop being a little boy (teasing, waiting her out, does she like me or not?) and start being a man. Ask her out for a drink & some good conversation after work.

My friend, you must make the move to find out what might happen. If you keep waiting, someone else may make the move before you do. You feel good about this, so give it a try and find out for yourself what will happen. Go For It!!!

she talks to u, and she teases u bak, which means that shes waiting for u, as the guy, to make the first move. u have all da signs, now u gotta stop acting lyk a frend and start acting lyk a b/f.be serious and bold when u ask her out, or she'l be confused by ur intentions.

A subtle "what are you doing for lunch/dinner?" may give you a hint on whether she wants to go out with you or not. If she sounds receptive when you ask her this, a simple "maybe we can go together" will put the ball in motion.
Good luck.

Just do it. If she says no she says no and you'll have to get over it but the only way you'll ever be able to know is if you try. What happens if you don't ask and she would have said yes all along?

The only way you would know would be to ask her to stop for a soft drink, your treat, after work some night. Then you could talk to her and see how she feels.

Start with something casual. Plan an outing with a group of people so you can get to know her without the pressure. If it is meant to be, it will happen on its own.
