I'm working on a project for work using Macromedia Captivate to create a video (based on screenshots) that's a tour of a web page. The page has different areas of interest. So I want to zoom in on different parts of the web page but I want to show the zooming. So the video will start with the screen shot of the whole page then it zooms in to show the upper left part of the page. And the key is that I want it to show the zoom.
Anyone know of software that can do this?

Captivate can capture "animation" so if I have something that allows me to focus in on a particular part of the screen and enlarge it, Captivate will capture that movement.

You might be able to do something like that with Snag it. If the software doesn't automatically provide a zoom effect, you could probably do a manual zoom by doing a screenshot, enlarging, and doing subsequent screen shots. Hope this helps you out.
