I was with people I love and trust. No foul play went on.. just too many drinks and drinking games. And not enough sleep.

Yes! it's like visit from your mother-in -law when you are not careful and be nice to her till she decides to stay over.

This sort of happened to me once, though I got tipsy, not full out plastered. What happened to me was I was sitting, talking to friends and they kept refilling my glass. I was focused on the conversation, so I didn't really notice that I'd had too much til I got up for something and the room had slowed down. Of course, when I realized what state I was in, I stopped drinking (not being one who likes getting drunk).

I think it's probably very easy to get drunk if you're not keeping an eye on how much you've been drinking, especially if someone else is providing you the drinks.

My suggestion is that next time alcohol is around, just keep closer eye on how much you drink and set a cut off for yourself at which point you switch to soda or something.

Yeah several times it started off as one drink then before you know it you're drunk. And yes the next morning is sometimes embarassing. You said your guy was sweet. Ugh I've woken up looked over and been like "What the ^&*(" Or one night I woke up around 3 or 4 and left while he was still sleeping hehe. The next day just blows...

Only one time at my sorority formal when I drank an entire pint of cherry vodka with coke. I passed out under the table cloth covered table and didn't wake up til the next morning when i heard a vacuum. I woke-up and didn't know where i was and freaked ou. I got up and called a taxi to take me to the motel that
we reserved rooms in.Luckily, everyone was still asleep when i arrived back,so nobody knows my dirty little secret. If they did know ,I would have been razzed for a long time, deservingly so.

Take responsibility for your own actions. You don't "accidentally" get drunk. You made a decision to do so, and if it wasn't your intention to get wasted, then you have some problems with self control. Maybe you shouldn't drink at all if you can't do it in moderation.

Yes, was just having a good time with family and friends I hadn't seen in years, and didn't pay attention to how much (or how fast) I was drinking. And when you drink martinis, that catches you really quick!

When I was in my teens about 15 or 16, I got drunk for the first time and I hated it. I was dizzy and tired afterwards.

That sounds a lot like the side affects of Roofies...

Be very careful in the future. My friend was given roofies in college and we barely got her out of the bad situation before it turned ugly.

Yep. Long Islands on New Year's Eve. They tasted great and didn't seem to be too strong. Four drinks later, they all hit at once and I was trashed. Yuck!
