The best way to lose weight is not to eat anything after 6PM. You can eat all you want all day, but after 6 o'clock drink water only. If you are extremely starving, you may nibble a fruit or something like that. I have a friend who went on this diet, and for some months she lost about 20 kilos. Also, avoid too greasy and fattening food (no fried stuff, less bread, more fresh fruit and vegetables). Last but not least, imagine yourself slim and work all the time in this direction. The result will come with time. Love the skin you are in and respect your body. You know the proverb: You are what you eat! :) Good luck!!! :)

If you don't know if you need to lose real fast some extra pounds start doing some exercise daily medium to hard as much as you can, wait 1 week and choose a diet, for not fatigue by hunger; and then drink some water all day. After 1 month go to GNC or some stores like that to take some extra help with multivitamins and some Omega 3 Fish oil or /and green Tea.

Eat daily oatmeal at night ti will clean all your overdose of food and fiber. With normal milk, it's better.

The best and most efficient way is to excercise and diet, which im sure you already knew. Your body uses calories to function. When you eat too many you gain weight (3500 unused calories transfers to one pound of body fat). I am not sure how much you weigh or your size right now but a good way to start is to pick a reasonable amount of calories to where you are not completely full after every meal, for example like 2500 calories a day. Go with that amount for a week, if you do not see a drop in weight then drop more calories, until you see a drop in weight. Excercise also over time will increase your bodies desire to burn fat, just try not to eat carbs before doing excercise.

1. By exercise - can be just going for a walk 20 mins or more 3 times a week
2. Eat right - I have lost alot on the atkins diet (but you have to be careful, take carb vitamins)
East right - I have used apptetie sup. pills to keep me from being hungry
A big part is a state of mind. If I know I am on a diet and I cant eat this and that, I will eat more. Good luck

The best way to lose weight is to keep moving. Eat what u want, but exercise or move alot afterwards. Vitamin C would help after meals . And Dont eat anything much after 6 at night .

Study after study has shown that the best way to lose weight and keep it off is to correct your diet to eat less calories than you need, and to exercise. Lose no more than 2 pounds a week.

Gastric stapling also seems to be effective.

take whatever you normally eat. and cut the portions in half. take a walk everyday to stay active. and i reccomend weight lifting, its easy and u can do it almost anywhere at anytime. if ur really trying to lose weight..diet and exercise are the only way to go..just do this: dont eat after 8.dont eat anyfood with trans or saturated fat in it. instead of eating 3 large meals a day, make it 5 small meals to keep your metabolism up, and just STAY ACTIVE. and no cheating either ;-) keep eating healthy and exercising..i know everyone says it..but it works. "eat less exercise more"

The best way to lose weight is following the glycemic index. I recommend reading Dr. Shari Lieberman's book "Dare to Lose"
This is the only healthy way to lose body fat. Other diets you do are concentrating on muscle & water lose.
