I have AGVfree on my computer.?

When I click on it it says application cannot initilize.
How can I fix it so it will run?

When you downloaded and installed the software, did you register and get your user key ?
If YES, uninstall the program using Add / Remove or its uninstall feature and reinstall the software using the same key you have.
If NO, again, uninstall the program from your computer. Go the web site, download and install a new one. Register to obtain your user key (which is good for one year).

Try reinstalling it.
