Your best bet is dont be jealous, it is a waste of life.
Dont think about it at all...think pleasant thoughts, listen to music, and dont waste your day or life being jealous of anyone or anything. Remember u are just traveling thru this world, make the best out of it.

Everyone feels jealousy for someone or something in thier lives, its normal. To overcome this look at some good characteristics that you have. Dont look at the negative things about you, because if you do that you will continue to have jealousy in your heart. Thank god for you being a unique individual and try to learn from what or who you are jealous of.

First, stop worrying about what other people think. Jealousy is rooted in insecurity. If there are people who make you feel jealous, get them out of your life. Go for your hopes and dreams, whatever they are (career, etc.) Then SCREW what other people think. They can go to HELL. People are not worth the BS.
That's what I did, and I feel much better now.
Love, Jack.

I guess it also depends on your age. If you are younger, you tend to get more jealous and when you start getting older, you learn not to fret on things.
You need to become more secure about yourself before you can overcome not being jealous.
