my b/f and i just got together like a month ago... one of his friends that is a girl gave him a hug... and it did make me a bit jealous... so then i asked him what he thought of her, and he said he did have feelings for her, but nothing would go on b/c she is not a christain, and he quoated a verse about two eggs being unequally yoked...
well, he is in college, with her... and they have been friends way before i came into the picture, she has helped him through all the times he needed help, way before we even knew each other... and he went back to college not to long ago (and its about 500 miles away)... at first this didn't bother me, until i found out that he is paying a large part of her rent, hanging out with her constantly, and even has her on his cell phone family plan... i did believe him at first, but here lately he has been getting kinda moody. i want to end it, but if i think about the relationship as a whole, i dont' want to. should i just ride it out till it gets better?

oh yeah, he has never lied to me ever... he is very very honest... when we first met and he had to move 500 miles away, he traveled 10-12 hours to come see me again... he says i have nothing to worry about, and that his friend just had a hard life and reminds him alot of himself... also, he says she is more interested in girls than guys... and from what i know of her... she is!

Personally, this situation would bother me enough to end the relationship, but others might be more tolerant - at least it seems that he's being honest.

I would not want to be together with someone, who has feelings for another, but doesn't act on those feeling merely out of principle. He should probably also re-assess his own principles: I can't even imagine living my life that way.

He's 500 miles away, hanging out with another girl, and paying her rent and cell phone bill. What has he done for you lately? I'm sorry, but this sounds like it is already over to me.

Let me get this right: your CHRISTAN boyfriend who can't even quote a Bible verse correctly (it's two MULES, honey, not two eggs) and is lying to you and paying some gals rent and is having tantrums and feelings about other women and YOU don't want it to end? WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU???? Kick this loser to the curb and stop wasting you time! Don't you have any self-respect? Geeze....

I am sorry for you.
Your boyfriend is having an emotional relationship with another women. That is not acceptable!
It is inappropriate for him to be paying her rent and having her on his cell phone plan.
You are his girlfriend and their are certain boundaries that are not to be crossed.
He has crossed these.
Good Luck and God Bless You!

Dump him. If you stay with him, you will end up embarrassed and feel like a fool for staying with someone who does not like you in the end. He does not care for you if he said he has feelings for someone else.
