Whats wrong with me. 5 pounds few hours.... im not eating anything because im sick. When i go and eat something i cant eat it. And if i do eat it i have to take a power dump.

you are probably dehydrated! drink more water, and pooing alot makes you lose weight, when you are better you will put it all back on instantly. try to get electrolyte fluid like dioralite, to compensate and rehydrate you and if you are not better soon see a doc

Okay, if you lost five pounds over the course of the day this will be because of the power dumping.

Are you not eating as a choice because you're ill, or have you lost your appetite, or can you not keep anything down? If it's out of choice you should really rethink that as you are depriving your body the energy it needs to get better. For the other two I would definitely say go see a doctor or a trained chemist may be able to help.

If you are worried about your health in any way you should go and see your doctor (or a chemist as long as it's nothing too severe). It's better to be safe than sorry, especially if it puts your mind at rest.

Nuthings wrong with u even if u lost 5 pounds in few hours. But abt the appetite thing, consult a doctor
