Okay so I have tried losing it but like many stories my diets fail.....i hav exercised but i feel like I am not doing the proper exercise.
In your opinion if u can help what kind of exercise or diet should I be trying? How could I get out of my low self-esteem?

It isnt just that. Its all about personality as well. Ive always been short and on the chubby side, and have gotten every guy Ive ever set my sights on. Be confidant (sp). Hold your head up high and show your self esteem. Be funny, even a little outrageous. You want a man who wants you not just for your looks anyway, right?

Well maybe it is not your time to be in love enjoy your life and it doesn't matter how fat and short you are there are men who love big woman...just give it time and if that is what you think then maybe try something like dieting and exercising.

No. They like girls who are funny, talkative, energetic and have a great sense of humor. If you have a low self esteem it is going to show on your face how you walk and talk. People see happy people from the inside out.

Possibly. However, it could just be the way you carry yourself. If you have low self esteem, it shows. Confidence in oneself can make up for a lot of physical short comings.

Thousands of years ago, my European ancestor's carried a statue of a short fat woman with them during the ice age. To them she was beautiful, because she was the goddess of plenty. So remember you have the body of a goddess, that was prayed to and held in deep respect.

um... guys that u need, like u for who u are on the inside then what u are on the outside, thats what i found. my boyfriend loved me before he even saw me. but im not ugly im very attractive. but serouisly dont worry about it just live life.
