I'm 23 years old and have been going to the gym 4-5 days a week, and eating a lot healthier for the past 6 weeks, and I have been doing really well. I am very happy with the results. My clothes fit me much better now, and my tummy is nice and flat. But I don't really know how much I weigh. I use the manual scale, so it should be accurate, but I still get different numbers every time. I know it has a lot to do with what time of day it is, if I just ate something, if I just drank a bunch of water, if I'm on my period, etc.Sooooo, how can I figure out how much I really weigh? Now that I'm losing my freshman 15 (or 10 in my case), I'd like to know where I'm at!

You have to be tested in water to see how much of your weight is in muscle and how much fat content you have in your system. Some fitness places should have something like that.
