I am sorry that you are hurt but it is better in the long run that you found out.
If he was truly a good person he would have had enough respect for you to at least tell you the truth. Telling you to eff off is NOT acceptable and is not something you say to someone you have been with for a while.
It does take a long time to get over someone. Allow yourself to cry and to grieve. That is normal.
Just try to go out with your friends and do things that you like.
Eventually the pain will lesson and you will feel better..
Hang in there and know that you are not alone. Many of us have gone through situations like that.

Your first mistake is to put your "everything" into another person. Save your everything for yourself. And don't ever believe a guy when he says everything will work out in the end. No, on second thought, everything does work out in the end - just not always the way that a guy promises. You're better off without.

He really wasn't all he promised; he showed you his true colors the other night. Simply take all the time to grieve over him that you need, find things to keep you busy, hang out with friends, and in time you'll be ready to move on with some guy who will treat you better and be with you in the long run. He, on the other hand, will probably keep doing this with girls, and maybe someday, he will find out what it is to get his heart broken.

Why do you want to be w/ someone who would treat you that way? Don't you deserve better than that? Forget about him, he wasn't the man for you. You'll meet someone who'll treat you well and recognize you for the unique and valuable person that you are. He wasn't Mr. Right, he was Mr. Right Now. Move on and don't take crap from anyone. Good luck--

YOU GET OVER HIM BY FORGIVING HIM FOR HIS....UM....SHORTCOMINGS. YOU CONTINUE ON WITH YOUR LIFE, WITHOUT MISSING A BEAT. YOU GET BACK AT HIM BY IMPROVING YOUR LIFE WITHOUT HIM, AND BY NOT LETTING THE BREAKUP DESTROY YOU. YOU GO ON AND DATE LOTS OF GUYS BUT NONE EXCLUSIVELY. THEY WILL TREAT YOU BETTER IF THEY KNOW THEY HAVE COMPETITION, AND CAN BE EASILY REPLACED. DON'T PUT ALL YOUR EGGS IN ONE BASKET. YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR FEELINGS, NOT HIM OR ANYONE ELSE. MASTER A SKILL. SOMETHING NEW. TRY A MARTIAL ART OR KICKBOXING. GETTING GOOD AT SOMETHING WILL MAKE YOU FEEL HAPPY WITH YOURSELF, FOCUS YOUR ENERGY ON SOMETHING BESIDES HIM, AND MAKE YOU MORE INTERESTING. WHEN YOU ARE HAPPY, YOU WILL BE REALLY ATTRACTIVE TO OTHERS. IT'S A GOOD THING YOU SAW WHAT HE WAS REALLY LIKE BEFORE GETTING TOO INVOLVED WITH HIM. LET HIM BECOME HER PROBLEM TO DEAL WITH FROM NOW ON....

Yeah, some men are jerks! Try to fulfill your free time and do things which will detract you from thinking of him! He obviously didn't deserve you so don't waste your time on him any more!
