A computer software engineer. For engineering acquisition, testing, intelligence, etc.
All of the sophisticated equipment used in weaponry, communications, navigation, etc has embedded software. The military has Program Offices which support the acquisition of weapons. For example, when I was in the USAF (systems command), there were program offices for the F-15, F-16, B-1B, C-17, etc. For each major subsystem, there is an engineer overseeing the development work of the prime contractor.
There is also needs in Logistics, Missile command, Intelligence, Space program, Test facilities, etc.
I'll let a swabby answer for the squids.

this isn't truth, this is my OPINION! between the three, the A.F. is the finest with out any to little actual criteria, yet are noticeably intelligent! the military, as you placed it, is the "satisfied medium", with actual and that i.q. criteria being extremely even, and then the Marines, are commonly used for his or her severe actual criteria! As someone mutually with your self, i'd advise wrestle Engineer which i understand for a truth could be obtained through the military or Marines! in the journey that your worried about being lazy, seem up the actual criteria for the three and observe the position you'll sense maximum comfortable! All in all, with the advice given, i'd advise the military yet this is purely me! good success along with your very last decision!

if you've attained a BS in CS or EE you can easily become an intel or crypto officer (provided you can pass the background investigation) but if you're gonna go that route anyways you should look into employment with the No Such Agency.
