yeah sure why not? show him what a good friend you are and take care of his woman while he is away, I am quite sure he will appreciate the gesture

If it is just a trip and not actually staying in another country. Then NO but really its up to her. I was only speaking of the morality. Not to mention if you do and he comes back you will have an enemy.
