Mayonnaise. Rub it through your hair and wrap it up in a towel for 20-30 minutes. It really works!

My grandma used to use mayonnaise. Try buying a packet of deep conditioning at Wal Mart or k mart- kinda like a sample packet for sale. Or buy cheap conditioner put it on your hair after you wash it and then wrap a plastic grocery bag over your hair and place a towel over it (to keep the heat in) and leave it on for a half hr. Your hair will come out soft and manageable. In all honesty a plastic garbage bag, and towel added to any of these ideas will help.

try a hot oil treatment. And I love the 3 minute miracle deep conditioner by Aussie. I put it on after regular conditoner and leave it on till I'm done shaving. It works great.

i forget how much it cost but my hairstyleist recommended it to me. its called something like biolage and you use a tiney bit (about how much tooth paste you use) and you can put it on before or after you get out of the shower. oh, and rub it in your hands and then put it not on just the ends but everywhere.
