What are some good ways to meet moms who are about my age? I have friends up here but I would like to meet some moms now that I can relate to.

find some classes that are for mommy's and the babys. Like a mom and baby yoga class. there is also usually mommy and baby classes at like rec center's. Congrats on your baby

Always exchange e-mail and/or numbers with anyone with babies or pregnant women you meet
Take a birthing class at the hospital. We met a couple who we really get along with there.
Talk to the pregnant ladies in the OB's office.
When baby is here talk to the mommies at the peditrician's office.
When you're at Babies R Us or anywhere you go talk to the mom's with babies and exchange numbers.
We've met a couple of people that way. It works. You just have to be bold enough to ask for numbers. We've never actually asked for numbers. We've just given ours out. We just go out to dinner with the families and take walks in the park, etc.

Most likely meet new mothers at the doctors office visits and ask you doctor for a list of maybe groups in the area.Good luck with your new baby.

check with a local hospital to see if there is a group. or call the local community center or library, and see if they have any ideas.
