Most kittens are born with blue eyes and they change when the kitten is a month or more old. Certainly by two months they should achieve a typical cat color, yellow or green.

You kitten is a true albino and that doesn't happen often for sure. She must always be an indoor cat because bright sunlight could seriously damage her eyes.

Sounds like he's albino. There is no pigment in his skin, fur, & eyes. I think that any animal can be albino, even people! I don't know if it's necessarily a major health concern but as long as you take him to the vet regularly everything should be just fine.

Albino? Sometimes in white kittens that have pale blue eyes they may appear red sometimes. The blue usually deepens with age in these cases.
