Seriously, What do you think? You are only 23, he has so much life experience that it puts him in different area of life than you. When we age, we are constantly changing. I'm 30, and I can definitely see a change in me since I was 20. I am now more wise. Do you see what I am saying? Where he is in life is going to be way off of where you are. Then there is the obvious, like how men at his age feel good to have a young women. Why can't he find women in his age group, and why can't you find men in your age group? For me that would be the age difference between me and my parents and my parents grew up in a different time than me, a time that I know nothing about.

There isn't anything wrong with the age difference between you and your boyfriend. Age is just a number that gets in the way of love. If people can't or don't understand that. Its their lost. Be happy, don't worry about what others think.

It is legal, but he is old enough to be your daddy. He probably had already graduated highschool by the time you were born, and has been having sex longer than you've been alive.

Does he treat you like an equal? Does he treat you with respect? Was he single when you met? Is he going through a mid-life crisis? Does he boss you around and use his age and "maturity" as a way to get his way? If you relationship is otherwise healthy, then who cares what other people think?

There is nothing wrong with he being 18 years older than you. You are both consenting adults. However, you might want to consider the future. Will he want to go off clubbing and partying when he is 51, and you are in the prime of your life? When he is 65 you will be 47. When he is 70, you'll be 52. You will be taking care of him in his old age. Of course, if he kicks off sooner than that, just think of all the fun you can have.

Why should there be? I'm 22 and the only woman to mean enough for me to get married is 13 years older than me. We are engaged and couldn't be happier. If it is so wrong, why are there so many celebrity marriages out there that are similar or even farther apart in age?

No, i don't think there is anything wrong with it at all.

What is it with age now days? Everyone thinks that it is a taboo type of thing to love some one alot older or younger then yourself. If you are truely in love with a person. Go for it. My wife is 12 years older then I am, and I love her no less for it.

The best. You are mature enough, but in the begining of everything, he is very mature but not old, and he would not feel old with you ever. He has great (most needed for your age)expirience, listen to him well. And be good (I mean not nervous).

Wish you best

As long as you are both over 21, the only important thing is your love for each other.

Yes, he may in his prime now or even till he's 50 but past that he'll just be an old man while you're still young.
