can someone advise on what i should do?
i have made comments to people closer to her like, "did someone #2 in their pants" and "whats that smell?" no one will touch it, its like a rat crawled in under her weave and died - it is nasty, i really like the girl, but i cant stand to be around her, can you imagine having something that smells like #2 on your head all day long?

you should buy some kind of fragrance that you can spray without her knowledge on her head lol that should help
also get some air fresheners for your area. Bringin it up will only cause more problems trust me been there

It sounds like it might have mildewed. Most people don't know that if their extensions aren't dried properly "odd" smells and odors can develope.
She might not know this. SEABREEZE anticeptic can help with that. Mix with some shampoo and it will resolve most of the stench until she can get the hair removed.
But if you really like her just pull her to the side and tell her. I get the feeling that you don't really care about her. This is just a topic to snicker and laugh about.
Be a decent person and tell her the truth tactfully.

leave an anonymous note on her desk she may not even realize its her weave that smells, she may be thinking its someone else and is too nice to tell them ! she may be embarassed that someone told her but she will be relieved and thankful cause if she's as nice as you say she is she wouldn't want to smell like that.

If you are in a Union, inform them thay will take care of it. If not, Tell her the right way, if not just run over her after work

cuz the poo shoe could be on your foot one day and you would want someone to tell you in a nice human way...

EEWWW!!!!! that stinks literally !!!! u say she is a nice girl so tell her .... why dont u and the co-workers put money together and get her a gift certificate to get her hair done......poor thing !!!!!!!!!!!!!! ewwww
