If you are asking what is the most delicious food I've eaten, that's a hard one. My favorite thing to eat is a Ribeye steak grilled to perfection with juices running like crazy, but the most delicious thing I've ever eaten was a shrimp stir-fry that I had at an awesome Chinese restaurant in Rapid City, SD. I have eaten at a lot of Chinese Restaurants, but this is the best I'd ever had. Every bite was a burst of flavor in my mouth. It had an incredible sauce, and every vegetable and shrimp had it's own special taste. It was amazing.

As a chef, I've eaten a lot of great food. I have to say, the best thing I ever had was a molten chocolate cake. It was so good I actually cried a little.
Second choice... there is nothing like fresh basil pesto.. I don't care what you put it on it's great... pasta, baked potato, added to an egg potato salad, used as a sandwich spread... the stuff just rocks.
Don't get me started on pork.....

Four cheese, four mushroom, Escargot Pizza. Cook the escargot till almost crunchy in garlic and butter. Cook the mushrooms in the snail butter. Grease the pizza pan with the snail butter. Spread the dough, top with pizza sauce, add grated cheeses (your choice) top with mushrooms, escargot and bake until perfect. Open some good red wine and enjoy.

delicious what? Well if its food in that case, this week so far I had a roasted chicken and it was delicious with creme brule also delicious.

I could really go on and on and on and on, but I won't. I love BBQ, mashed potatos and gravy but then I like Mexican food such as calabacitas, frejoles refritos, caldo de rez, carne asada, carnitas and so on.
Anything with cheese also!

shuarma. it's this turkish gyro thing with lamb and tomatoes; the best thing on the planet. it costs around 5 bucks and fills you up LIKE CRAZY. yum, i'm craving one now. :)
