I grab a newspaper follow them home and then drop trou on their front lawn and take a huge dump while reading the paper. Let em try to clean that up with a baggie.

I can see my front yard from the TV room and when an owner stops his/her dog in my yard I always go to the door and tell them, "I hope you are going to take that with you.."
If I wanted dog turds in my yard, I would buy a dog...
Follow them home and find out where they live. Then pick up the turds and put them all over their yard. Leave a note that says, "See, I know where you live? Keep your dog out of my yard, or else!?

Seriously, the dog is only doing what dogs do. The owner is the idiot for not respecting others property.

A dog will "turd" where ever, whenever he/she needs to. A responsible owner will carry plastic bags with him/her whenever they walk the dog, to pick up it's "turd".
I have 4 dogs, and if you walk your dog past my house and he poops on my property, I expect you to pick it up.

The dog isn't the idiot, the owner is. Are they @ least picking up the dog poop!? If not, I'd turn the sprinklers on them.

If you know who it is or you catch them in progress offer them a plastic bag to pick it up with. They are obviously rude and inconsiderate. My pet peeve is the people who let their dogs out very early to go do what they do wherever they want. Any suggestions for how to deal with this besides poison? because I haven't figured out how to get the poison to the lazy mo fos that deserve it.

In the state CO you will get a ticket/fine if you don't pick up Scooby's Doo. So I see everyone one out with thier little baggies. I think more states should adopt this rule.

I have been known to step outside with a baggie and say "Oh I see you must have FORGOT yours, here you can use one of mine and dispose of it at YOUR house"
Usually embarrasses them enough not to just let their dog go where ever without cleaning up after it, at least on my street!

I think that is just rude. They sould at least pick it up and if they dont you should go put it in there yard.
