Please reconsider about where to get your puppy. If you buy from a breeder, you are putting money in someone else's pocket. If you get a puppy from the shelter, you are saving a life. I have 2 Siberian Huskies - one I got as a stray and one I adopted from our local animal shelter. They are the 2 best dogs I have ever had!

PLEASE reevalute the shelter decision. Take a walk through and see all the beautiful animals that are in such a desperate situation. The puppies who are bred are guaranteed to find a home but those poor innocent puppies at the shelter may never have a chance.
I hope you reconsider.

Decide which breed you are wanting and then ask at your local veteranarian's office. They should have a list of breeders or organizations that breeders belong to.

buy a copy of DOGFANCY and in the back they have breeders for every breed ever!
