Cool clubs in Brighton....?

Which ones, and where are they? Going on Saturday....

Depends what kind of stuff you're into...

R'n'B/Hiphop -

Try The Beach (right on the beach, funnily enough!); or Honeyclub (Pretty much next door)

House/Electro/Breaks -

Audio is a very cool club near the pier which plays this kind of stuff with guest DJs most weekends

Breakbeat/Drum 'N' Bass -

Ocean Rooms usually has stuff on at the weekend; The Zap (yet another one on the beach) also worth checking out.

Indie/Alternative -

Pavilion Tavern or The Gloucester - Guitar tunes from the last 30 years or so. Great fun if this is your kind of music, usually some drinks deals, and a nice bunch of clubbers (never any hassle here)
or B'Lo (Crap name but good club!) plays more electronica/trash/new-rave disco type stuff - uber-trendy, very pretentious, great fun!

Something a bit different -

The Engine Rooms has 'Born Bad' - old-school 50s and 60s tunes - rock/disco mainly - and everyone dresses up in random 50s outfits - think polka-dot dresses - great fun!

Funky Fish club - Funky 60s/soul/motown/jazz - really relaxed club. again, loads of fun if you're into that kind of thing.

Avoid at all costs - Creation and Event 2 - huge, overpriced, sweat-filled aircraft hangars full of 15-year olds, hen parties and lager louts. There's SO much more to Brighton than this!
