Has anyone taken their road test here in Miami, Florida? Do they take you on the road? Or do you stay in the parking lot?

Any info is welcome =) Thanks

1 Good thing about Florida - there is no parallel parking =)

so i don't have to worry about that.

Make sure you stay under the speed limit, drive with both hands on the wheel. Signal everything, check your mirrors regularly (and when you check them, make it pretty obvious you are checking them)
Don't hit anything or anyone ;)

Don't be too nervous - it really isn't that hard.

1 tip! Take that test today! You are having a hurricane tomorrow! Yes they take you on the road. Parallel parking too. No, I'm afraid they make you leave the parking lot! Good Luck!

I haven't taken it in Miami, but my guess would be it's the same as anywhere else. That they take you out on the road. Make sure to practice parallel parking- that is one of the harder aspects of the test. Review your booklet of driving skills. And try to stay calm. Good luck!

depending the school you go to. Most of them do it in the parking lot, expecially the one by the FIU campus.

But always remember come to a complete stop!! thats why i failed my test. you need to stop at the stop sign for at least 8 seconds.

Move up North and take it in the winter during a snow storm like I did... Nothing like a snowstorm to get you a really great learning curve!
