I've searched online and found a few good lowcarb forums, but I'm guessing there are still some other's I've not found. Does anyone have a link they're willing to share to a forum?

Don't listen to Doc8..he knows not of what he speaks.. Carbs are fine for most people, but if you are trying to lose weight you must restrict them..
Dr's make money off sick people END OF STORY,
Try the Atkins site..
"Protein Power" by Mary and Michael Eades is an excellent read.
The onslaught of Type 2 diabetes in North America and around the world is due to the crap we eat..Mostly carbs. You don't have to be obese or overweight to get diabetes.

You are getting in at the tale end of a fad that the medical community no longer supports. Enjoy your carbs and do not start the nonsense.
