not watermelon, frozen melon balls are common and not lettuce, that's in v-8 vegetable juice along with tomatoes, carrots, celery, beets, parsley, watercress, and spinach.
"any other form" makes this question tough, vegetable extractives are used everywhere. I took a quick trip to the bathroom and found a whole salad in our hair care products.

I have seen canned watermelon in the store, and also frozen watermelon in fruit salad, so it can't be that. I am going to go with lettuce.

You can fin canned grapes and watermelon, and you can freeze brocoli, etc..
But I have a recipe for lettuce sauce and soup: just treat it as spinach. It's tasty!
