the girl i think is the daughter of the owner, who at that time work as cashier, so what do u think is the best way for me to know

Be yourself and do not le thte other things get int he way of your being yourself. or you will be known as a gold digger out for what youcan get. Just be yourself hopefully she will love you for who you are.

If she is the daughter of the owner, then she must be involved in the business or related to it. Can't you just pretend and walked up to her and make enquries on certain products. May be ask her for help to find the product. As she is helping you, keep following her and talk to her. Then, after she got the product for you, invite her out for dinner.

Keep asking the question - why - so that you get the answer you want. Just go up to the owner and ask him how much he wants for his daughter and provided she is not too expensive buy her. O.K.
