Well obviously he is not a keeper...dont you want someone who has an open mind? I am a guy (straight) and I do not mind gay people at all...to me when it comes to sexuality all I have to say is "to each his own" (or her). I would actually feel better knowing that my girl was hanging around gay males than straight ones...not because I dont trust her, cause if i didnt then there would be no reason for us to be together, but because you never know when a guy might try to do something with her...I hope that your boyfriend either changes his ways, or that you find a smarter guy...Good Luck.

I am in the same situation. My best friend is gay and my boyfriend is always talking bad about him. I have known my best friend for about 10 yrs and my boyfriend and I have been together for 6 yrs. It may come to a point where i will have to choose. I just really hate it and it agrivates me that he speaks this way about my friend, so i know how you feel. I know it's not much of an answer, but I know it's so upsetting!

if he loves you, he'll put up with them, no matter what. (even if he doesnt see eye to eye with them) he still has to respect you, he is your man right? you'd respect him if put in the same situation and not cause problems wouldnt you?
just tell him straight out how you feel, make sure he understands these are your friends, and he cant be mean to them how would he like it if you were mean to his friends and no its no different just because your guy friend is gay.

My best friend is gay, and though my b/f doesn't agree with it, he keep his mouth shut out of respect for me. If your guy isn't doing that for you, he doesn't respect you. And what's the point of being with someone who can't even accept your friends? I feel that your friends are part of who you are, and if people don't them, they won't get you.

tell him either he acepcts your gay friends or he does not accepct you. say you are a package deal with your friends. I love gay people...they are some of the funniest, as well. I do not agree with their lifestyle but they probably would not agree with mine either . to each their own and lets all unite
