1-800-ABANDON for p.o.s. cars left to rot....or people that camp in their cars, or people that have junk heaps overflowing with trash...TRUST me, within a week, they will be towed, if you are persistent, and they are in violation.
(Fuel the fire...call the mayor and city council and send emails to them, too)
