I've been wanting to lose a weight and sculp a bit of my hips and thighs without doing exercise (as much as I wanted to do exercise I just don't have the time and strength to still do after a day's work.. and since I sit most of the time at work, my hips are just getting quite wider - I am honestly workaholic, sadly). Also given my stressful work, sadly, I'm starting to look older.
I came for a really healthy (better term for FAT) and big boned family and in a way it's harder for me to slim down without exerting so much effort. To those who are in the same shoes, please advise should you successfully been able to. I'm open to SLOWLY but SURELY methods. Thanks in advance! =)

Truthfully, it can't be done. People will tell you that if you decrease the number of calories you eat, you can lose weight. But that is sort of a myth. If you decrease the calories you eat, you will slow down your metabolism. Then you will gain the weight back. Not only that, but the weight you gain back will be even harder to lose than the weight you had before.

If you want to slim down, you must do regular exercise. There's no way around it. BUT! Keep in mind that exercise doesn't have to mean going to the gym or doing anything strenuous. It could mean swimming, dancing, walking, biking - lots of fun, low-impact activities. In fact, if you have a lunch break during work, you can fit in 30 mintues of exercise a day. Get one of your coworkers to come with you. You can take a yoga class or martial arts class, or do boxing, or just do 30 min. on the stairmaster. There are tons of options.

If you are serious about slimming down, you must find a way to incorporate regular exercise into your routines.

Also, please note that stress causes you to gain and keep weight. If your work is causing you stress, it will be counterproductive to your weight loss goals. Prioritize your life and find ways to relax.

Lastly, drink lots and lots of water. That will help your skin and your overall health.

for the "radiant skin" part of your query, I would definitely suggest drinking water. tons of water. it works.

as for slimming down without doing excerices, you could:

a. mimic the teen queens of Hollywood and conveniently develop anorexia or bulimia.

b. eat a big meal in small, masochistic portions throughout the day. This works.

c. Be Christie Allie. Or Oprah.

Exercise is important and I would suggest to find a way to fit it into your day, even five minutes can help. I would also suggest eating homemade food. Those are the two best ways to take care of your body.

To "sculpt" your body you need to use weights. You need to use some of your workaholic tendencies to take care of YOU and not just your workplace.
Drinking water will help your skin and also help you eat less.
But the absolute best way to lose weight is to work out.
