So that's how your mind works....great view from here.
Just because a person believes in god and says they love you...That is not love. That is condescending. That is attitude.
Don't read word for word. Don't believe everything you read. All great writers and novels have underlying messages. Read between the lines.
Think about what they are portraying about themselves, not the words that are spewing out.

I truly hope that people can see my Spirit from my answers! Because that is what my heart is all about. Someone that wants to teach and grow and share what has been in my life to help even one person.
There are so many on here that just spew hatred and violence, some that are oh so lost, and some that are just sarcastic. But every once in a while you read a person that is truly seeking. Those are the ones that make me come back.
While I often wonder what people look like, or if they are at work or at home while they post all these questions, I believe I see what is in their mind. There soul is up to Jesus.

I certainly believe I can tell who is full of love, even if it's hidden underneath lots of hate and/or fear, etc. I have a personal habit of not really talking with people who aren't on a certain level, spiritually(not meaning from God, just spiritual in general). I don't know for sure if this is because I have no patience or if it's something from God, nudging me in the direction of certain people, but I believe I know a kindred spirit when I see(or hear or read from)one, if I am patient long enough. Personally I am always as honest about who I am as possible, at all times. I'm actually a really bad liar.

I'm just answering this so I can have Katy on top of me, if I get this done on time...
It's hard to tell a lot about people when most give such brief answers, but as you say, you get used to reading certain people's answers, and finding out who they are, piece by piece, from their body of work.
I'm not sure that even if we read everything that a person writes, if we ever get the whole picture. A lot of time our imagination will try to fill in the blanks and come up with a picture that we adore, if we already like someone, or something less flattering if that is our initial impression...

I think in a general sense it is very easy to tell some things about people from the answers they give. Prejudices always have a way of showing through as does pure kindness and love.
If I am going to get into the hearts, mind and soul of someone who is asking a question it will be one of those kind, generous and loving people. There is already enough hate in the world it doesn't need to be spread.

There are certain people that I feel I have connected with, yes. Usually when I read their question I feel like they are reaching out for someone to understand and I reply from my heart. Then of course, we have the cerebral types like you who continually pose esoteric questions that are basically irrelevant but the kind that people love to answer. I answer these from my intellect only with no heart included. So you might know a few details about these people's personalities but do you know them? No you don't.
I use my psychic abilities to find the ones who need help on this site and I try to help them. It is very satisfying. Too bad you are so bound up in your head.
I have compassion for all beings but love? That's for only a few. I can tell which people are what very easily.
Have a nice day posting...

Yes I can usually tell about someone.
But then you get that one person that until you correspond with them directly you learn that they are different.
I have done that with a few people here and gotten the impression that they are very good people, no matter what their religion.
And then you get email from those who carry their hatred over from the question and or answer you gave.
And I ask myself why be so hateful. When did the world tell people that they are not entitled to their opinions. Last time I looked we still live in the USA and we all can have our own opinions.
Good question jimdarwin.
Those who show so much hate should re evaluate themselves maybe.

I can sometimes tell.
Though I try not to assume too much until I have read a lot from the given poster.
I know that I have "gone off" on people at times (usually when they blatently lie about science) and could appear to be one of the haters, but unless someone's really asking for it, them I'm just a guy looking for an interesting dialogue.
So since I figure that I come across in completely different ways on here, I try to give people the benefit of the doubt....
except for that pet peeve of mine regarding lies about science. Then I give 'em both barrels.
;)

I don't know if you can tell who is full of love or hate, but you can get a sense of their being from their answers. Most people are answering your questions because they think they know the answer.. I would think that's they way it was. I answer a question only if I think my answer makes sence and would be appreciated, and I think I know the answer.
When it comes to religion, you can tell alot about the type of person they are by their answer. So yes, most of the time, an answer can be a window to a little part of a person, and you can see it if you want to take the time too look..

This format doesn't allow one to really perceive another since it is so one dimensional. You can however get a sense of where someones heart is by reading their questions and answers over a period of time. In reality the person behind the question can be anyone. So, as long as the questions and answers seem sincere, I am more than happy to relate to that person with sincerity.
