My loved oned that have died are still sleeping in death and are awaiting a resurrection back to life here on earth. Jesus promised that he would do that. "Marvel not at this: for the hour cometh, in which all that are in the tombs shall hear his voice, and shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of judgment. (Even those who do not know God will be brought back to life and be given a second chance to know him and to live forever)
I have the hope of living forever here on earth in total peace and security--No more terrorism, wars, pain, sickness or death. This is what God's Kingdom will do for us. The blind will see, the lame will walk and no one will ever get old. The earth will be transformed into a paradise. I hope to then be re-united with my loved ones. Humans and animals will be at peace with one another. All animals will be tame and will do no harm.
Psalms 37:9-11 is a wonderful promise from God: "For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth. For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be: yea, thou shalt diligently consider his place, and it shall not be. But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace."
And at Micah 4:4 we are promised: " But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree; and none shall make them afraid: for the mouth of the LORD of hosts hath spoken it."
Psalms 46:9: "He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth-"
Isaiah 11:6,9: "The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them.
They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea."

I do believe that our loved ones are watching over us. My little sister passed away 11 years ago and I feel that I have felt her presence throughout those 11 years. I feel that she has been with me through some of the worst years of my life ( a very abusive relationship) guiding me and sharing the good times (births of my daughters, finally meeting my true love).

No, I don't. My passed loved ones have progressed beyond a role of the familial attachment to those of us left on earth. They are enjoying their eternal reward with God and have as their entire focus God's love, now that they have been cleansed of their earthly sins and desires.

I don't believe that they are watching us as they would be sad to see the trials the world has brought us. Would God want them to be sad watching the pain we endure? I also don't believe that they are with God as we are all awaiting judgement day. Read the bible and allow the holy spirit to guide you. God Bless!

I believe that my deceased loved ones who knew the Lord are with Him in all His glory. Yes, they have come face to face with God and now truly magnify Him with the angels. And, yes, they are watching over me.

I know that my loved ones who accepted Christ before they died are waiting with Him for me to get there.

The only solace I have when I think of those who died without Him is that they had years to come to Him. They chose not to.

Some in my family now refuse to allow God to have control in their lives, & I see them suffering for that decision every day. It pains me to tears to know that they will one day no longer have the option.

Yes, without ANY suspect.
The heart of the humans is one of the proofs that afterlife exists and we were created for eternity , not this permanent world.
