Well we all know the neocons and Bush are clueless running around like headless chickens. If you saw the 'interview' by Wallace with the Iran President. The Iran president did not give any direct answer or any clues as to his plans (mainly due to Wallace's ignorant and arrogant display at his childish attempt at journalism).
I think the invasion and destruction by Israel with US backing was a catastrophic disaster and mistake. Now more than ever the Hezbollah are more recognized and feared on the world scene because of the zionists' and neocons' bungling tactics.
I think the Lebanon invasion was a ploy to gain support for an Iranian invasion. That ploy in my opinion has failed miserably and only made the Iranians and the Hezbollah and their allies more united and stronger. The Iranians recently tested long-range missiles as a warning to the Zionists occupiers and invaders.
Iran is by no means a small nation and they are a resilient people. I really feel the Israelis have underestimated Iran and will face a mountain of trouble if they coerce the US into a fight with Iran. Bush is clueless and has no diplomatic skills and he and his neocons are running around flexing their military muscle while we are borrowing in the thrillions from India, China, South Korea and Japan. In bush's quest for oil control and world dominance, we are an economically weak country with thousands of jobs going to Asia.
America is now literally owned by Asia because they control our bank accounts. Nice going DumBya!!!

You have seen the wrong pictures. If you look at the pictures from Grozny in Chechnya, you will see much greater destruction. BTW in past wars the buildings were mostly brick- and collapsed completely. In Lebanon the buildings are concrete- hence the one storey high piles of rubble.
BTW #2: The lesson is to countries which are unable to control terrorists who fire rockets from their own territory. Either police them yourselves or someone will do it for you- like Turkey and Iran are doing in Kurdistan for example, in total silence from media...
IMO Iran has two choices- either abandon nukes altogether, or develop nuclear energy for peaceful purposes under complete IAEA supervision. In their place I would ASK for inspectors to view all and any sites. Simply because the alternative is a desert of glass.
I say this simply because I don't think anyone wants to see a suicide bomber with a nuke- and the current rhetoric from Iran makes this picture very real

Our media, for whatever reasons, does not show pictures of the destruction which the Hezbollah has caused in Israel.
You have been influenced by seeing and hearing only one side of the story. Some of the horror pictures from Lebanon have even been staged--there was recently a big flap about this, which the media has hushed up.
You are right in thinking that the lesson to Iran is--"You may be next"
(About twenty miles from Teheran is a dam which supplies the city with water and also electric power. Teheran is a very vulnerable city.)

Israel bombs the heck out of Lebanon and its somehow a ploy by the Bush administration to go to war with Iran. Iran will do what it wants to do, and America wont have to step in and do anything, Israel will not allow Iran to become a nuclear country, and we have all seen how much they respect the UN. I see the Israelis bombing Iran before anyone else has to, and the outcry from the muslim world wont be that much. Nobody wants a nuclear Iran, its a country controlled by religious zealots that doesnt have the other half saying not a good idea.

Iran already knows that they probably don't have to worry about a total annihilation from any air war, and that they are tuned to fighting a war on the ground. Because of the mountainous terrain there, they also know it would be hard for a large ground force to penetrate the interior, and they feel fairly safe in pursuing their dream of atomic weaponry armament. What can be done in a bombing situation is to concentrate on all known and suspected atomic development sites, as well as the supporting infrastructure. This would bring them into a negotiable situation

None. Iran learned their lesson in 1980 when Israel bombed the nuclear reactors it was building back then.
Iran is developed nukes not to just threaten and destroy Israel, but to be the regional superpower, and has sought such since the Islamic fundamentalists took power during the Carter years. Nothing Bush did has done anything new to those goals. Ask the Iraqis and Saddam Hussein, who fought Iran for a decade in a terrible war.

first of all israel has bombed iraqi nuclear reactor not irani.
now can anybody of you tell me why the most criminal nation (israel) is allowed to own nukes and attack others who try to posses them.
and the media does not show the destruction caused by hezbolla because its fractional to what the israeli did.
And the answer to the question is that the only lesson provided to iran is to hate the criminals (us,israel) more cause they have caused in the killing of thousands & destruction of their country.
so dont come later asking why do other nations hate u.s & israel.

Bullying others to do what you want doesn't last long. Bullies usually fall flat on their faces cuz they are too busy looking up, they forget to see what lies down in the path!

They know that they need more power ... for if they had enough power, the US would never attack them.
The US is a chicken country then if another country had enough strong to resist, the US would never attack them.
