Sounds like something my dad had about a year ago. At first they thought he might have a blocked artery in his intestine (never heard of it before). They hospitalized him and 2 days later he was completely fine. They didn't do anything except keep him on an IV and schedule him for a test he never took. That probably doesn't help you but I would suggest going to the doctor, if for no other reason then to get the pain controlled.

Though the pain is very troublesome, you have to worry more of your diarrhea before it gets you dehydrated. A simple workup of fecalysis may give some proof to a certain diagnosis that may lead to proper treatment. The best thing that you should do is visit a nearby clinic not necessarily a hospital for the initial examination. If something serious is detected, the doctor will surely advice you a propbable admission if the situation warrants.

See a doctor asap. Why do people think when it goes away they feel fine. your body is trying to tell you something!!! You are not fine. If it would be your car you would take care of it immediately. Get over your fear, you care enough to ask here, but nobody can diagnose you on-line!!!
When you find out what it is you can start working on it. Right now you are delaying treatment and can make it worse.

aspirin can dull the pain. Stress does this to me,(IBS)
diarrhea can cause this pain your talking about. I hope you don't have food poisoning, this is what it sounds like (if it's only happening today)
Go on the net-look up the Mayo-Clinic. This will give you your answer- in the mean time- drink lots of water, and go lie down, you'll get better.

you are going to be able to desire to circulate to the well being practitioner as quickly as attainable. The fever is a demonstration of an infection. you have appendicitis or an infection interior your abdomen. this might replace into existence-threatening, if it somewhat is the case. The discomfort and nausea is yet another sign that something is incorrect.

You need to see your doctor ASAP. This could be something simple, maybe a bacterial infection, but it could very well be something serious like appendicitis. If you didn't think something was wrong you wouldn't be asking...trust your instincts and get to the doctor today.

when i had similar conditions, i was diagnosed having Irritable bowel syndrome and its is now much reduced by not eating wheat products.
this also can produce a diarrhea situation brought about by stress.
i was told to eat oats at breakfast and this also has eased my problems, but not 100% or or all the time.

Dont rule out irritable bowel syndrome, common if you are under pressure or stressed - can be very painful.
But not that serious.
