I am biased towards Gatorade because I think that they have better flavors and more variety. Powerade always makes me more thirsty when I drink it. Gatorade was invented at the University of Florida to help their athletes rehydrate. Powerade is made by the Coca-Cola company.

I looove purple Powerade.. The flavors of gatorade I've tried seem to taste salty for some reason or another, so I've always preferred Powerade =)

Powerade would be a better choice because it has less salt. In a 710 mL bottle, Powerade has 90 mg of salt and in Gatorade there's 110mg.

Powerade, less sodium, fewer calories, better taste.

However, I will drink Gatorade's Propel over Powerade's option. Tastes better.

Powerade, that's my preference. It's a Coke product, that's the only reason I need.

Gatorade-it's been around longer and it was created for a football team-it's gotta be the better one.
