all hair actualy grows faster in hot weather. it has to do with how things react in hot and cold. heet expands while cold contracts. go from their and you will totaly answer ur question. well that and ur pits are more noticable cuz there is less hair there.

I dont' think they grow faster, I think you are just more aware of them. You should shave daily or get the hairs waxed.

Maybe because of the hormones and emotional stress(the pressure of getting rid of the unwanted hair so that you can wear nice summer dresses)

it seems to grow faster because you notice it more, but you should have it shaved because lice, fleas, ticks and other disease giving, blood sucking insects and odour producing bacteria loves them.
