1. Laser (ask your dermatologist for his/her services. What ever happens, do not go for IPL)

2. Threading (Awfully painful so I strongly suggest that you take at least 2 tablets of painkillers an hour before the actual process. And make sure that you go to a professional, otherwise, you might experience cuts and rashes)

3. Waxing (Doesn't matter if it's cold or hot, but personally, I would suggest that you go for cold wax to avoid any kind of skin burn. Skin burn can cause discolouration and you don't want that, right? ^_~)

4. Dep Creams (Sally Hansen is the best product in the market as of now - at least according to most people that I know)

5. Shaving's okay but hair growth is almost immediate (max. 1 day) and it may cause stubbles.

Whichever process you choose to do so, please make sure that you moisturize before and after the "hair removal session" to avoid any chicken skin, and other skin irritations. Goodluck!

There is a good home wax kit called NAIR (comes with LITTLE strips which are good for upper lip). Cost about a fiver for about 20 little strips so lasts a while! Follow the instructions and it works pretty well - very quick to do - no mess or having to heat up wax etc! I used it when I couldnt get to the salon - which to be honest is the best (costs around 4 pounds here in a local salon) - it lasts longest of all with professional ensuring it looks ok!

At home you can bleach it with Jolen Bleach which costs around five dollars. You can buy this at your local drug store. It lightens your hair above the lip. You can shave it or pluck it also, or you can buy a home waxing kit at the drugstore as well. If you want to venture outside of the home you can go and get electrolysis buy looking in the yellow pages under electolysis or laser hair removal. These options are more expensive, but they are a more permanent option for hair removal.

Never shave it.
You could pluck it.
If theres too much, wax it. Sally Hansen has a good one.
If you dont want any pain, use a delipitory like nair.
If youve got the money, laser hair removal.
If youre gonna use tweezers, wax, or a delipitory, do it at night so the redness will go down by morning.

Yes, you can wax it at home. You can get a waxing kit called Poetic Waxing Kit (around $40) and you can use it at home once (or twice if you have to) a month.

An alternative to actually removing the hair is bleach. Facial hair bleach is pretty cheap if you want to go that way. My friend does that, and it's not very noticeable unless you are staring at it.

Whatever you do, do NOT shave it! It can leave stubble which is VERY noticeable and it would be totally obvious that you shaved it.

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

You don't say how old you are, but if you are a teenager, this can be a temporary hormonal problem. If however this is not the case, or you just want it gone, then try using a wax remover. These work really good.
Good luck to you.

positioned some honey on your lips enable it dry for some seconds. without shifting your lips, practice some Vaseline on genuine of the lips. depart the honey and Vaseline on your lips for 10-15 minutes. ultimately, dip a Q-tip dip in warm water and use it to eliminate the honey and Vaseline in 2 strokes. try this as quickly as an afternoon for about 2-5 days to get rid of chapped lips.
