your question is confusing. You have uninstalled your fake folders....why you want to unlock?

1.Open command prompt
2.Go to the directory where your fake folder is
3.display the files (Dir)
now you can see ur fake folder's name
(ex: Recyclebin.{12121ABCD123A} ...some thing like that)
4. use ren command to rename the file to normal format
ex: ren Recyclebin.{12121ABCD123A} MyFolder

reinstall the fake foled and unlock and uninstall it.
