ok first of all the new guy: clearly a re-bound.
second, if she treatens to mess up your car then shes unstable and you should be happy that you are rid of her. no one needs that crazy around....
third, go get your car. have a tow truck meet you there and get it outta there. if she tries anything or does manage to damage your car, take photos and bring her to court. she wont be so treatening when shes poor from paying the repair bill.

Ask For Help
Now's the time to reach out to your friends and family. Don't be afraid to depend on others when you need it. Invite your sister over or take a walk with a friend—just be sure to get out of the house, eat well, and move. Doing so will get you to the next stage.
Use Your Time
In bad relationships, we often tend to fall into patterns of trying to fit into the relationship instead of considering what our own purpose might be. Now that you're out of the relationship, use the time to re-identify and reshape who you are. Use your emotional energy to ask some of the big questions: What do you want to be? What do you want to do? If you don't have an answer, think about your dreams and talents from childhood. Those early desires might reawaken something within!
Give To Others
Do something kind for other people. You might visit sick children in a hospital or help the homeless. Remember, as difficult as this time might be, your life is still valuable. There's a lot of important work to do, and a lot of people who you can help.
Create New Traditions
Use this time to get closer to the people you love, especially your children. Even if you need to be sad with them, you can come together to support each other. Try to create new traditions (like a regular movie night or volunteer time) with your family. Say to yourself, "In a year, I want to look back on this time and realize that I was changing my life for the better."
Educate Yourself Financially
A bad breakup affects emotions, but it also affects your finances. Go to the library and read books on managing your money. Feel secure so that you can create a financial future.
A Final Word
After a bad breakup, it's normal to experience feelings of sadness, loss, and anger. But if you feel yourself falling into despair, or you can't function, it may be time to speak with a counselor, minister, rabbi, or other trusted person.

Have you talked to her parents about it sitting there? I would try to get it out of there asap. If nothing else take a camara with a dater on it and go take pics of it now and the cond. it's in. File a report stating how she has threatened to damage it. If her parents decided to be jerks they could charge you for storage. Get it out of there. And move on.

Get the car out of there! It doesn't have any business there and is just tempting them. Have someone check it out or jump it.
The longer you let it sit there, the more likely it is that they'll damage it. Then, I don't know what recourse you have. I mean, you'd have to prove they did it.
Good luck.

Get a tow company to get your car to tow it to your house because I had a incident like that and one of my ex's destroyed my car, I mean she broke all my windows and kicked in the fender, it was a mess. At all cost get your car because she will damage it.

Tow the car to your place, get a restraining order for that stupid girl, buy a gun, get a concealed weapons license, and rebound with another chick.

All I can say is "uh oh" -- with a little luck, she'll be in love with this new guy and leave your car alone until you can get it towed.

Tow it first. and then avoid her until some time has passed. While you are trying to escape her, meet someone that's ok with casual relations and get over her!
