MGI Photosuite has facilities for converting photos to "coloring book" sketches with variable amounts of detail. You can also "cartoonise" your photo, and many other features exist, e.g., "posterise", "swirl", "engraving", etc. Photosuite is easier to use than Adobe Photoshop.
