My boxer lacey is a little over 3 years old. she has had one litter of pups. Now she comes in heat but does not let my male boxer breed her.

Please don't breed her, if you truly love boxers...
Last year alone, there were 25 MILLION stray and unwanted pets. I visit the local animal control frequently, and there are always boxers on "death row" because no one wants them anymore.
There are already plenty of dogs out there. Please, Please don't add to the problem. Encourage people to adopt and to spay/neuter their dogs!

He must have said something that made her angry. Does he still bring flowers from time to time? Failure to do that could have put the brakes on the whole relationship.

You should get a lot of different breads and see which she likes and if she still doesn't ask a vet.

Maybe without you knowing she went on the pill. Could be she doesn't want to have anymore babies.
