Tell Him To Talk With Your Sister,
If That Does Not Work,
Tell Your Sister That If She Does Not Come Clean To Her Boyfriend That You Will Tell Him.
But Do Give Your Sister The Chance To Be Truthful First

Your sister is more important for you than her boyfriend right? if she is cheating I guess -- she doesn't love him very much right?
Talk to your sister and tell her what's going on and how you feel. If you think is wrong what she is doing then, let her know.
This is THEIR relation and they have to solve their own issues. You don't want to get in the middle. Your sister is going to be your family FOREVER and you dont want her to be mad at you for something that is none of your business... and you know what? sometimes even when you think you are helping you are not. What happen if you tell the boyfriend and they dont break up? has happened before.... so, stay away, talk to your sister and that's all. Be smart!

I've been there and done that.
Play it both ways. Find out when the next time she goes out with the other guy without her knowing you know and arrange for her boyfriend to go to that location so that he catches her himself. You don't have to say anything but just play dumb and let him know where she is. That way when she questions you about it, you can play innocent and say you didn't know what was going on.
You might feel like a trader but you're not. She's is doing wrong and expecting you to cover her. You don't need to be in the middle and this would be a quick way to end it once and for all.

Sounds like he already knows and just wants confirmation. Keep out of it and say nothing.
In the mean time - have you told your sister that he is asking these questions? Put it back in her court - she is the one in the wrong.

Yeah, I'd just try to keep out of it. Tell him he will have to talk to your sister about it because their relationship is none of your business. Telling him could end your relationship with your sister.

Tell him. That's just wrong what your sis is doing and she deserves to get caught - plus her bf deserves better. What if that was happening to your sister?
