They both do the same job...it is usually the parent/owner that needs training.

I'd like to see the Dog Whisperer and the Nanny trade places. Ankle biters roaming in packs in a fenced area while being told "SHHHSH" and dogs being put on time out in the "naughty corner" and given a schedule when they can bark, chase cats and scoot their lil' doggie behinds cross the floor.
