God created people perfect. Cancer has come about because of mutations in the DNA through chemical exposure, radiation, or similar causes.
Question for evolutionists: cancer is one of the most common mutations. Shouldn't we encourage cancer, to help people evolve to the next level?

i would suggest to anyone to seek understanding before drawing any kind of conclusion about anything, including religion and/or faith.
me personally, i'm agnostic, but i have a pretty good understanding of the bible, since my immediate family are religious people and encouraged me to study it when i was younger.
if you study the bible, and believe it to be god's word, then you would know that cancer or any other destructive force in this world is not a creation by god. the same thing with natural disasters. people like to blame god for those.
in fact, according to the bible (but you would only know this if you truely studied it), all of those things are a result of satan taking over the earth, and it all pretty much started with adam and eve.
the purpose of the bible is to inform people that this current imperfect and flawed world will come to an end and the earth will be turned back into a paradise, just like god had initially planned for it to be when he created adam and eve.

1. There are some people that I would really like to get cancer. It'd be great if I was in control of who got it. But since I'm not, it sucks.

sure, one is cancer. some more are natural disasters, starvation, war, brutality, torture, viruses, birth defects, genetic disorders, etc.
I have a difficult time with your premise... i.e. assuming there was a god. This would be one really wicked evil god- nothing like the one that they taught us about in religious school.

I'll give him a 1.
It means God would be an ego maniac and demands attention like a spoiled child.

There is a God and A Jesus and you are lost my friend. And FYI cancer was a man made creation. It is caused by crap they put in our food and drinks. It's caused by pollution and it is caused by particles that are suspended in the air that we breath in endlessly on a daily basis. God Bless

let me think about that... I'll rather rate your question...-10.
HAVE YOU EVER SEEN THE PEOPLE ONLY HE CURED?
HAVE YOU EVER HAD SO MUCH FAITH IN GOD THAT A SICKNESS DIDN'T HAVE ANY AFFECT ON YOU?
HAVE YOU EVER FELT HIS PRESENCE?
DON'T TRY TO BRAKE DOWN MY FAITH IN GOD
HE WONT LET THAT HAPPEN
BE AWARE
