I have heard on the news that there are about 15 mental exercises which if you practice every day, your brain never gets lazy, even if you get old. But I don't know how to learn more about these exercises. Can you help me?

Any Activity that involves the Brain is excellent, like playing Cards, Scrabble, Crossword Puzzles,etc.
