Exercise and a firming moisturizer should do the trick. The skin is loose because it was stretched by the extra weight and may take some time to readjust. Go to this link http://www.bodyfatguide.com/LooseSkin.htm for lots of information. It may not be presented in the most sensitive format, but can help nonetheless.

Exercise works but only a little. So if you lost a lot of weight and as a result have a lot of loose skin then you will have to get some type of surgery to get rid of all the skin.

The only way to remove this excess skin is by surgical intervention. Find a reputable Plastic Surgeon in your area and you can probably have a "free" consult to see about procedures and cost for your case. Once the skin is stretched it looses it's elasticity. ALL the exercise in the world won't make it go away..You WILL tighten the muscles but you CAN'T tighten the skin sorry.....

exercise to tighten it up and surgically remove the rest.
before you go that far though decide if you'd rather forgo the risk of surgery and just hide the loose skin under well arranged clothes.

Some of it shrinks over time. Some of it simply sags.

Grab a handful, smile and say, "See how well the diet worked?"

GYM only...lots of crunches and situps and lots of exercises for leg muscles and bottom. Don't try surgery, I saw a woman who had this and her belly and breasts were a mess, in clothes she looked hot, but naked, u would have vomitted by seing her skin...sewed like a box. Horrible. Gym is natural and it won't turn u into a monster.

depends on your age. to some extent you can bring back your shape, otherwise get cosmetic surgery or deal with it. Health is the reason you lost the weight so feel good about your accomplishment.

Surgery. I don't think it will ever be the same without going through some type of operation.
