In a Baleno, you have a 1600cc engine which propels the 987 kg car to fair speeds. It does 0-100kmph in 11 seconds and reaches a top speed of 185. The Baleno has good ride and the handling is acceptable.The Baleno is good value these days If you choose to buy the LXi, change to atleast 185/65 R14 tyres as the LXi comes with skinny 165 tyres. No dera dont buy baleno becs ull be crying after buying it . becs the average of this car is not gud and company is planning to stop manufacturing it . and yes i have beared the car so i have experienced of buying baleno and bearing it fuel costs . i would suggest u should go for cheverot aveo , or honda city or maruti esteem

Why do you wanna buy a baleno when there are so many latest car in the same range.
Better choice will be Cheverlot Aveo or Ford's Fista
(My cousin recently bought Fiesta Diesel, its got 18 km / Lt agv)

Of Course. This car is good comfort wise while driving,and sitting in the passenger seat.Seat belts are not very comfortable.Back seat riding is pure hell if you legs are long.You cannot stretch it properly.Mileage is very poor especially with AC on in heavy traffic.But for long distance driving this car gives very good result if you are an expert driver. The biggest headache is the windscreen washer. You know, the thing that erupts water for the wiper to clean the windscreen.It does not hold enough.For a big car for its price,the car is not worth it.The speed is worthless.Even a 800 will easily overtake it even while going beyond 100kms ph.
