My Grandfather is 96 yrs old and he is having problems with his memory. After some research we found that fish oil can and does work! He is doing significantly better. Fish oil increases the blood flow to the brain check it out!

yerba mate is GREAT for mental alertness. I use it as a tea, but I think you can get it as a vitamin suppliment too. also, ginko bilboa.
