Smile. Be friendly and helpful. Do not "chase" her. Act like she's not in your thoughts all the time. You have other things to think of.
How well do you know her? If you don't know her well, when you pass in the hall SMILE, and say "Hey"... and after a week or so of that say "There she is!" and keep walking. SHe'll wonder why you didn't stop to chat. (You had somewhere to go.)
When you finally decide to speak- say she plays sports and made a terrific play- Tell her "Nice Game. You were fire on the court on Saturday." Everytime you see her be friendly, open- SMILE. She'll come to know you as helpful and nice.
Keep some hard candies- better yet.. Lindt Chocolates in your
pocket. As you get one for yourself, ask her if she'd like one.
(Make sure they're in your Coat pocket. Not your jeans.) Say
"And I gave you the Hazelnut one- Oh, the sacrifices I make.
Is that your favorite flavor, too. Oh, the White chocolate ones are killer, too.) You know the drill. Keep it light and friendly. Flirt.
Ask her if she has cut her hair? If she says no, then tell her she
must be just having a really good hair day. ... Use your imagination. Compliment her!
Don't chase. Just walk close by and do your best to keep up with her- and when you do Smile and say "Hey" She'll pick up on it eventually.

If you have good qualities and your honest, then a good girl will notice that. You don't want a Girl who is stuck on herself.

Get into some activities at skool, and get her to notice you. If you have an accuaintance with her, treat her like a princess and let her know your interested.
