Tempting people to do sin is a sin in itself, so where we are to blame for falling into temptation he also takes part of the blame. And the biggest sin is.... he just doesn't stop he wants as many people with him on the Day of Judgment as he can get. If he regretted what he did he would stop right there & ask for Allah's forgiveness but he doesn't

Well, you are partially wrong..if we didn't have the devil, and that day is nearing..we wouldn't have anyone to tempt us..The Devil is the father of liars and stands for every evil act in the world today...every lie, every vile death, beheading..etc..and those who submit and worship him,..follow his will..no, that is not the only sin the Devil ever committed, ..he HATES Jesus and wants Him dead if he could...he hates,..he kills, he is the father of liars he is greedy he is devious and perverted and stands behind every deviation and horrific evil act committed..you need to look a little closer at the beast

The sin the Devil commited was pride and He's so to speak confirmed in sin.
This was the first sin ever and it lead to other sins.
The devil can opress people and also rarely posess them so there are other ways the devil can harm us.

Of course the devil does the acts, the non belivers are following their leader who is their father.
John 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Everything is in our brain. actually, the devil is in the eyes which gives signals to the brain. Thoughts are the part of Mankind and you can think anything and at any time. Good-Bad. So control your thoughts and desires.

The Devil doesn't have any Powers. He can only act if We give
him power. We have a choice to do good or evil. We are more powerful than Satan. We have all of the power. It's only when
we allow him to enter our lives, that He can do his biding.
Resist Him & He will flee.

I think that the tempting itself is wrong. He knows the bad that will come from it...
