He calls us(Christians) aliens in this world. The world belongs to Satan, so He could be considered an alien, but God created the world and He's in control of everything, so I think He has a right to come back. I mean, it's not like anyone is gonna be able to do anything about it, but Satan's gonna be really upset!

Ahem! He'd probably need to show a valid passport and visa in order! Seriously though ... I don't think it would take too long for world and church leaders to know he was back and that being the case ... Start panicking because they'll be about to know which one of them was right, which one was wrong and so on ...

I think its possible. We as americans have forgotten our spiritual roots and so we probably wouldnt believe it was him. He could do a million miracles but we still wouldnt believe him. So then hed just take everyone else except america and make America the new hell on earth. Which wouldnt be much of a change.
